Dr. Elmer Fernandez
Founder, Director
Pastor Fernandez is the Pastor of Iglesia Bautista Betel located in Bartlett, IL. The church has an average attendance of over 800 people each Sunday. He is also the director of Fires of Evangelism Bible College and the director of the Fires of Evangelism Conferences. He has served in the ministry for more than 40 years.

Dr. Ezequiel Salazar

South America's Coordinator
Pastor Salazar is the pastor of Montecito Baptist Church in Ontario, CA, and has been in the ministry for over 30 years. He is also the Co-Director of the Fires of Evangelism Conferences and the director of the Hispanic Bible Institute which has over 125 graduates serving the Lord full-time, out of which 35 churches have been started.

Bro. Victor Rouse
General Coordinator of the conferences
Bro. Victor Rouse has been a missionary for more than 21 years during which time he has dedicated 16 of those years to serving the Fires of Evangelism ministry. He has directed Bible Institutes for 7 years and has more that 15 years of experience in Christian education. He has pastored two different Spanish-speaking ministries: one in Florida and the other in Tennessee. He currently directs the coordination of the 21 annual conferences that Fires of Evangelism conducts, assisting the regional directors and the Founder & Director of this ministry. He also serves as a speaker in several of the conferences.

Pastor Luis Parada
Central America's Coordinator
Pastor Parada has been the Spanish pastor at the Bible Baptist Church in Beach, CA, which averages 1,200 people in attendance every Sunday. He is also the director of the Long Beach Baptist Bible College.

Pastor Alejandro Cordova
Mexico's Coordinator
Pastor Cordova is the Pastor of the Fundamental Baptist Church of Celaya in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico which has a regular attendance of 1,500 people every Sunday. He has been in the ministry for over 35 years.

Evangelista Carlos I. Sauceda
Fires of Evangelism Youth Conferences
Evangelist Sauceda represents Fires of Evangelism in both Central and South America. He
traveled to Cuba for about 10 years training the local pastors in soul winning, church education
and church planting. He is the Director of the Fires of Evangelism Youth Conferences.

Pastor Antonio Gomez
Pastor Gomez was the pastor of Grace Bible Baptist Church in Gomez Palacio, Durango, Mexico which has a regular attendance of 500 people every Sunday. He has been in the ministry for over 33 years and is the founder of the Amigos de Samuel (Friends of Samuel) School for special needs children. The school currently helps about 50 children with disabilities.

Pastor Kevin Wynne
In 1984, Pastor Wynne and his family arrived as missionaries in Mexico City, Mexico where he started the church he pastors to this day, Mt. Sion Baptist Church. The church has a regular attendance of over 4,000 people and every Sunday hundreds of souls are saved and baptized. Pastor Wynne is also the director of Mt. Sion Fundamental Baptist College.

Pastor Tommy Ashcraft
Pastor Ashcraft is a second generation missionary serving in Monterrey, Mexico, where he was the Pastor of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church. The ministry has an average attendance of 800 people every Sunday. He was also the director of Mt. Hebron Baptist College. He has served in the ministry for over 46 years.

Pastor Gil Torres
Pastor Torres is the Spanish Pastor at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lemon Grove, CA, where he has served for several years. The Spanish ministry at Lighthouse Baptist Church is a thriving ministry with hundreds of people in attendance each Sunday.

Pastor Luis Ramos
Pastor Ramos is the pastor of the Bible Baptist Church of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, where he has served since 1989. Since then, the church has grown from 23 people to over 1,500 in attendance every Sunday. He is also the director of Maranatha Christian School, the ministry’s Bible college, and Bethesda Children’s Home. Through this ministry, 54 churches have been established in Mexico.
